• Prepares Employment Agreement/Contract of Employees
• Provide support to supervisors and staffs to develop the skills and capabilities of staff
• Counseling and resolving employee grievances
• Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems
• Monthly and Year-end Attendance Report
