Responsibilities
• Respond to existing clients and prospective client’s inquiries
• Provide troubleshooting assistance to clients
• Coordinate installation schedule with the clients and the technical team
• Contact clients regarding their account status
• Provide online support for the sales and technical team during installation
• Manage sales tracking reports and keep records up to date
• Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
• Stay up-to-date with new products and feature launches
• Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
Requirements
• In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
• Social media marketing / online selling experience
• Driven and motivated with excellent communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Should be residing in Metro Manila with reliable internet connection
