As Company Nurse
• Emergency care to employees (first aid, vital signs check and dispensing of medicines).
• Transport ill employees to accredited hospitals.
• Scheduling and implementation of the Annual Physical Exam.
• Generate DOLE medical reports.
• Monitoring of hospital bills and reimbursements of employees.
• Issuance of letter of approval (LOA) to accredited hospitals.
• Maintenance of individual medical records of employees.
As Admin Assistant
• Provides receptionist services.
• Maintains office files and safekeeping of room keycards.
• Issuance and consolidation of office supplies.
• Monitor/check of parking lot usage.
• Assistance in the general transmittal of documents and items to and from the Plant.
• Assistance in shipment of samples to clients/suppliers locally and internationally.
• Other tasks related to HR and Admin
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; preferably with updated PRC License.
• MS Office proficient.
• Good oral and written skills.
• Relevant experience in admin/reception work.
• With updated First Aid training.
• With BOSH Certificate; BOSH Certificate from OHNAP (Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines) is a plus.
• Willing to be assigned in Madrigal Business Park, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
