Job Summary:
Administer local payroll, timekeeping and government mandated benefits (SSS, PHIC and HDMF)
Review time and attendance data prior to payroll processing to ensure accuracy of attendance for the payroll period
Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions and deductions
Maintains confidentiality of the payroll transactions and relevant details
Resolves payroll discrepancies
Assist in the enrollment of newly hired employees in all government mandated institutions (SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth) within the prescribed period to ensure compliance to social legislation by submitting duly accomplish forms and maintain database for future reference.
Provides assistance to accounting department in posting of SSS loan remittances by submitting the proper documents and return receiving copy to accounting for safekeeping.
Process loan application, sickness notification, maternity leave notification and dependent updates to proper government institution within the prescribed schedule and maintain database for future reference.
Provided payroll information by answering questions and request
Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures
Process calculating final pay of the separated employees
Provides payroll reports to be submitted to Finance Department every after payroll releasing
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience in food and beverage business operations is an advantage
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, vlookup, pivot, formulas
CPA Licensed is a plus but not required
Must be accountable for the over-all processing of Payroll Manually
With strong analytical, organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
Knowledgeable in Income Taxation
Keen to details especially in payroll management
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Knowledge in Mandarin or other languages is a plus
Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot, Vlookup and know some formulas)
Can start ASAP
Willing to work in Pasay/Makati
