DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a general customer service position which varies from telco services, retail services to product activations.
• Talk to customers over the phone to resolve their questions or concernsÂ
• Accurately document and update customer records in the computer systemÂ
• Upsell products or services to customers, if appropriateÂ
• Escalate customer complaints and/or calls to your manager when necessary
