Duties and Responsibilities
Meet and greet clients and visitors and co-employees with smile.
Maintaining and providing comprehensive product information to customers.
Be educated on the properties, ingredients, health benefits of all the products carried at
the store.
Be aware of product prices and stock levels.
Understanding and demonstrating customer care and high levels of customer service.
Respectfully listen to and address any customer complaints and report to supervisor and
take note.
Daily revising of produce to ensure the are no overripe or wilted fresh items on display.
Ensure accuracy of items for delivery.
Confidently making and closing sales.
Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandising and housekeeping by
ensuring that goods are attractively displayed and correctly priced in line with ticketing
Conduct weekly commercial floor moves/merchandising moves.
Monitoring of stock damaged good list.
Ensure the store is fully replenished at all times and re-merchandised as required.
Understand and able to clearly communicate to managers and accompanied visitors the
sales target, best seller.
Takes responsibility for analyzing stock management information available to ensure
sales opportunities are maximized.
Ensure stock deliveries are effectively processed and presented on the sales floor
according to brand visual guidelines.
Monitoring and inventory of stocks and supplies.
Performs any other duties as assigned by Store Manager and Management.
