QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Microbiology, or a related field.
1 - 2 years of experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance, and laboratory work is an advantage
Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP & FSMS
Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance
Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent data collection and analysis skills
Strong attention to detail
