HVAC Supervisor (Registered Mechanical Engineer)

1. Establishes preventive maintenance schedules based on the spare parts continuity
2. Plans work schedules, spare parts, manpower requirements, and required tools for approved projects.
3. Supervises subordinates and ensures they are performing delegated tasks accordingly.
4. Executes assigned tasks, and projects, and coordinates with other departments for support requirements.
5. Ensures that approved work orders are served and accomplished within the target schedules.
6. Implements proper employee discipline through the application of company rules and plant in-house rules.
7. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time after appropriate training has been given.

Job Qualifications:

1. Graduate of Mechanical Engineering
2. Registered Mechanical Engineer is an advantage
3. Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Office applications
4. Knowledge in equipment automation
5. Knowledge in industrial plant and building facilities maintenance
6. Knowledgeable and with a good understanding of the Food Safety Standards (cGMP, HACCP, Codex, SOP, SSOP), and Halal Assurance is an advantage.
7. Willing to render overtime, and okay with shifting schedule
8. Willing to be assigned in Biñan, Laguna
