Job Description

Wealth Coaches Philippines, an agency subsidiary of AIA Philippines is seeking a versatile and result-driven Team Supervisor to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of Financial Advisors to achieve the organization’s objectives and increase sales. You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the sales team's potential.

To be successful as a team supervisor, you should have a track record of team motivation and positive sales results. Ultimately, a top-notch team supervisor should display excellent interpersonal skills to build quality relationships with the team and with clients, be goal-driven, and manage the day-to-day activities of the team efficiently.

Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
Delegating tasks to team members.
Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
Conducting quarterly performance reviews.
Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
· Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team

· Provide general support to visitors Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

· Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

· Fill up the application policies of potential clients.

Requirements and skills

· Proven experience as a Team Supervisor, Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Can be able to work under pressure

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task College degree; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

· Can be able to easily understand the technological applications of the company

· Knowledgeable and active in Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, etc.)

· Familiar or proficient in MS Office Applications & iOS

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Analytical and problem-solving skills

· With a proven track record of excellence in sales and/or sales management

· Can set up his/her team of seasoned sales professionals upon onboarding

· Willingness to undergo continuous and extensive training

Work Hours & Benefits The potential candidate will work on Mondays to Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm and will be on a hybrid set-up and will be asked to report to our Makati office twice or thrice a week,


Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field; degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Finance and Commerce is an advantage
Experienced Professionals from Private Banking, Pharmaceutical, Business Process Outsourcing, Telecommunications, Information Technology and Academe
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
