* Utilizes category and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in product development as well as marketing initiatives.
* Plans, implements, and executes successful consumer and trade marketing programs (including brand strategic planning, market positioning, pricing, promotions, and advertising)
* Help achieve brand communication across all platforms consistent with the brand message.
* Leads the development of strategies and objectives for building and executing year-round brand engagement through partnerships, social media, fan conventions, and other marketing vehicles.
* Collaborates with the sales team for specific strategies for clients.
* Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
* Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors' activities
* Performs other duties as necessary to support the objectives of the division and company.
* Devise innovative growth strategies.
