Quantity surveyor / Quantity Estimator - Pasig City (Urgent)

• Verbal and written communication, including active listening for determining client needs, communicating them to the construction crew and preparing reports
• Mathematics for calculating material quantities and construction costs
• Customer service for client satisfaction
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Understanding of engineering science, construction and technology
• Understanding of current building, health and safety regulations
• Computer literacy and confidence using office and electronic project management programs
• Preparing BOQ
• Preparation of bidding to client
• Maintain and review Cost Plans for all stage of Project development in coordination with the External QS, if applicable and other department.
• Maintain quality control systems that ensure all information and documentation provided by External QS, if applicable is complete, comprehensive, up to date, checked and coordinated.
• Monitor, review and record the progressive statements of costs against the anticipated final costs of the project and advise on the methods to maintain agreed budgets as required.
• Overall coordination and monitoring in terms of costs in the whole life cycle of a project. From Pre Construction stage to turnover
• Requirement to attend regular meetings throughout the course of the project.

Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any related course
- Preferably licensed Civil Engineer
- With experience as Quantity Surveyor
- Willing to start as soon as possible
- At Least 2 years related experience
