• Providing guidance and assistance to accredited Marketing Groups or Partner Sellers and Buyers in marketing and purchasing property;
• Maintaining and updating the listing of available inventory;
• Developing networks of real estate brokers/salespersons and companies;
• Maintaining and keeping a master list file of Accredited Marketing Groups or Partner Sellers;
• Monitoring of commission releases and incentives to accredited Marketing groups or Partner Sellers
• Updating and maintaining all company social media accounts such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and responding to followers (clients and partner sellers);
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices;
• Performing other tasks as assigned by Management
