ONLINE STORE OPERATIONS ADMIN
- Administer online store orders (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, Facebook, Tiktok shop and website) from order receiving, fulfillment up to parcel packaging.
- Management of stockroom and inventories.
- Management of operations job orders.
- Management of online stores performance metrics/policy requirements compliance.
- Monitor product SKUs and online stores payout.
- Perform social media marketing programs (FB, Instagram, Tiktok, etc). With graphic multimedia skills is advantage.
- Coordinate with shop personnel for order fulfillment
- Assist on handling online customer reviews and rating, customer issues and complaints
- Assist on developing sales strategies and determining sales forecast and projections
- Assist on online stores customer queries and concerns in Lazada, Shopee, Facebook and website.
- Perform daily tasks based on assigned work plan.
- Team oriented and with good coordination
- Must report to office physically, not work from home
- For male applicant, with own motorcycle vehicle is advantage
