Job description:
• To provide exceptional customer service and Incident resolution to Travelport standard subscribers on the full range of Travelport products, and related network and platforms
• Answer all inbound Contacts such as Calls, Web Submit, Email and Chat and use the Travelport knowledge portals in English
• Answer enquiries related to functional support of Travel bookings e.g. making or changing reservations, fares & pricing, or fulfilment (in particular airline ticketing)

Qualifications:
• At least 2nd year college
• With BPO experience preferably Travel Account Background minimum of 6 months
• Amenable to work on site (Eton Centis, QC)
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule
• Okay to go onsite for interview
