Description
• Agents are required to manage all inbound calls, emails and chat sessions as well as do outbound calls.
• Agents are required to deal directly with retail stores, couriers, warehouse, drop ship vendors and in-house contact escalation team.

We are urgently looking for call center agents who:
• 1 year plus customer service experience in a contact center
• Good to excellent communication skills Sound grasp of online shopping
• Can handle stressful customers calmly and professionally.
• Experience working in a high-volume environment.
• Works well as part of a team
• Always willing to go the extra mile for the customer.
• No attendance issue from previous employer.
