CASHIER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Capacity and capability of handling huge sums of money
-Having a good customer service skills to maintain a friendly environment and treating the customers properly.
-Answering the questions asked by the customers
-Having complete knowledge about the types of the products sold in the store.
-Counting out the exact change and giving the customer a correct legitimate receipt for their purchases.
-Quick and accurate billing so that the customers do not have to stand, waiting for their turn for a long time.

FOOD PREP
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Prepare a variety of food according to the customer’s order (QUANTITY)
-Ensure all food comes out simultaneously, in high QUALITY and in a timely manner.
-Prepare/Give proper condiments and utensils.
-Ensures customer special request on product are followed before dispatching.
-Secure the packaging before dispatching of ordered food

SERVICE CREW
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Providing excellent customer service
-Greeting customers once they are seated
-Answering questions from customers about food and beverages.
-Ensuring that customer orders are assembled properly in the kitchen.
-Delivering orders to customers
-Maintain the cleanliness of the store
