Job Description
• Responsible for designing and implementing creative visual merchandising designs and strategies to attract customer traffic to the store through in-store signage, graphics, etc.

Job Responsibilities
• Define, design, and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy
• Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store
• Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans, and special promotions displays
• In charge of ordering, packing, and sending POPs to the stores.
• Act in alignment with the organization’s culture, products, image, and target market
• Monitoring of store POP’s and other visual display.
• Oversee briefing the staff on the arrangement of the display.
• Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes
• Liaise with suppliers and other source elements
• Research lifestyle, demographics, and design trends

Qualification
• Must be creative, detailed oriented, innovative thinker, and with good time management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio
• Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays, and space utilization
• Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices
• Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results

Education
• College graduate of any Business-related visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, exhibition design, visual communications, interior design or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Preferably has basic knowledge in using Canva, Photoshop, and other editing software applications
• At least with 2-3 years of retail visual merchandising experience
