• Assist US-based retirement benefits recipients regarding their retirement plan over the phone
• Identify contribution errors, missed deferral opportunities, and identifying employees excluded from the retirement benefits or 401(k) plan
• Communicate operational and system issues proactively and in a timely manner to avoid errors
• Collaborate with the Product Operations team on customer questions, inquiries, and active operational projects

• Committed, dedicated and hard-working
• Candidates with experience working for a financial, health care or insurance company/account/campaign are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in the English language
• Willing to work on a graveyard shift in Glorietta 2, Makati and able to start ASAP. FREE shuttle.
• Currently resides within NCR or nearby towns

• FREE door-to-door shuttle service from home, back and forth
