• Responsible for assisting and providing solutions to members and representatives of the organization.
• Handles representatives and members’ inquiries regarding the products and services offered. NO SALES CALLS. NO COLLECTION CALLS.
• Offers quality customer service on every call to surpass expectations.
• Manages difficult situations and ensures to end every call in a positive manner
• Connects and builds rapport with representatives and members by actively listening, asking the right questions and offering solutions, while demonstrating a deep understanding of their concerns.

• Fluent in both English and Portuguese languages, both written and spoken
• Completed High School diploma or higher
• Punctual and committed to work schedules, embrace change in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent active listening and communication skills
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software applications
• Remote/Work from home setup. You will need a computer/laptop & a stable internet connection
