HR Intern/On the Job Trainee

Responsibilities:
• Support and coordinate hiring activities with clerical duties
• Help with initial applicant screening and initial phone screens
• Scheduling interviews and balancing calendars for interviewers and candidates
• Coordinate the processing of background checks of successful candidates
• Maintain candidate database from the various job sites
• Provide a recruitment report at the end of OJT program
Requirements:
• Internship as a practicum requirement of B.A. HR Management /Psychology Course, preferably those who can work for 8 hours a day. The 25 working days is equivalent to 200 OJT hours
• Great attention to detail
• Outstanding communication skills
• Basic experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting
• Formal endorsement letter from College Professor and the College Dean
• The successfull candidate will provide proof of residence, police clearance and barangay clearance
• The OJT is willing to work from home at least 70% of the time and work onsite when necessary.
• Laptop,OJT Allowance and work from home subsidy will be provided
Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 25 days
