Acts as an administrative support to our clients in a remote setting.

Tasks includes but not limited into the following:

Transcription
Preparing paperwork
Scheduling of consultation with clients
Preparing and emailing email reports
Updating virtual files
Build ongoing task list
Oversea administrative task
Candidates must possess at least High School Diploma.
Required skill(s):
Data Management
Administrative, Reporting
Preferably less than 1-year experience specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Minimum Qualifications

Good command of the English language
Has good work ethics
Typing speed at least 60 wpm
Must be a good team player
Able to work in flexible hours
System Requirements

Computer Processor: 1 Ghz or above; Intel ® Core or AMD equivalent or highly required
RAM: At least 4GB of RAM (8GB is recommended) with 60GB hard disk space available
Internet Connectivity: 10 Mbps and up wired Internet Connection (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed)
Peripherals: Headset with noise-cancelling feature & a high definition web camera
