Job Description
The Employee Relations & Performance Management Officer is responsible for implementing appropriate strategies, plans, and interventions related to employee performance management and employee/labor relations for all stores/departments to develop and maintain a high performing work environment.

Main Responsibilities:
• Ensure the Company’s compliance with Philippine labor laws and standards, company policies, and applicable law/government-related concerns
• Represent the company, together with the company Legal Counsel, in DOLE audits and hearings as well as in labor cases before the National Labor Relations Committee (NLRC), including Single Entry Approach (SEnA)
• Work closely with the Discipline Committee in resolving labor cases from employees; Investigate administrative cases and conduct administrative hearings conferences
• Assist the Head of Corporate HR in managing the conduct of the performance appraisal throughout the appraisal period
• Conduct performance management-related talks/workshops to target employees

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of related experience in handling employee relations/labor relations and performance management process
• Proficient knowledge of ER, LR, arbitration & mediation, legal proceedings/due process, fair employment practices and the Labor Code of the Philippines
• Experience in drafting memos, notice to explain, performance improvement plans and other employee performance labor-related documents
• Proficient knowledge of performance management process, including related systems and tools
