Job Qualifications:
-Must possess at least an associate degree
-With at least 1-year of experience in warehouse and inventory management
-Good communication skills, proven knowledge of handling large amounts of data
-Pays attention to detail and good organization skills and team player.
-Organized and meticulous.
-Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel.
-Amenable to work on-site. (Alabang, Muntinlupa City)

Job description:
-Ensures the inventory is organized and stored in the proper location.
-Counter-checks that all ordered items for dispatch or for pick up are correct and complete.
-Periodically conduct a cycle count of inventories at least every three (3) days.
-Reports to Supervisor the result of cycle count to reconcile with Inventory records.
-Manages and monitors items that belong to Office Supplies, Medicines, and Utensils Category.
-Prepares Office Supplies, Medicines, Utensils, and forms requested by stores.
Records Advance Orders from stores.
-Places orders to suppliers and Advance Orders from stores.
-Perform other duties that may be deemed necessary.
