JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3rd yr college with a minimum of 3 years and up as technical and customer support (blended) experience.
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting technical issues on phones (e.g Oppo,HTC.Apple) and other mainstream phone manufacturer and other software is a plus
• With a strong sense of accountability and service consciousness.
• With excellent written and verbal comms skills.
