UP TO PHP 550/ day

'- Supervise and monitoring of PMFTC’s site facility repairs and maintenance, and construction projects.
- Waste segregation and scrap disposal in coordination with Finance Team.
- Operating Supplies (office, pantry, and bathroom, cleaning, handyman supplies) monitoring and ordering. Inventory management of office, pantry, cleaning and operating supplies
- Coordination with ASLE /SM on the approval of gate pass or work permit.
- Checking of requirements of Contractors new hired employees prior to submission to FM team to be submitted to Security.
- Job Order monitoring and completion, coordination with Supplier regarding delivery and request for quotation, and assist in the delivery and pull out of furniture.
- Accomplishment/KPI reporting of Site and conduct audit with EHS
-Collection of invoice from the vendor for the services made for Sales Van and relief/service pool car
- Issuance and Monitor of PPE to the team as required by the client.
- Monitoring of Pest Control
-For cases of Major renovation, TL is responsible to obtain the Occupancy Permit. Processing of Generator ERC, PSALM, Electrical Certificate.
