REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Behavioural Sciences, Psychology, Administration or equivalent
· At least 1 year related work experience in Human Resources
· Will handle various Human Resources, Personnel Management, and other general administration tasks as required
· Conducts end to end recruitment process
· Communicates the hiring process of new employees to the company
· Updates employees 201 file and other employee-related concerns
· Assists, evaluates and processes documents of incoming and outgoing employees
· Maintains company bulletin board
· Administers statutory benefits processing of employees (SSS, HDMF, PHIC and BIR).
· Handles timekeeping which includes preparation of compensation-related documents.
· Monitors daily attendance of all employees and leave balances.
· Enrollment of new staff to Face ID
· Assist in drafting memorandum and prepares initial Incident Report or Notice to Explain letter for disciplinary actions based on the company policy.
· Responds to employees concern by attending to day-to-day activities related to Human Resources.
· Must be knowledgeable in the operation and features of social networking site
· Computer literate (MS Office, Open Office), Internet savvy is an advantage but not required
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Good oral and written communication skills
· Can work with minimal or without supervision; exhibits a sense of urgency when necessary
· Keen on details, highly analytical, resourceful and proactive
