DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide assistance to other Technical Support Representatives to make it possible for them to be more technically satisfactory and independent.
• Make guidelines to enhance operations and technical enhancements.
• Communicate unmistakably and effectively with users.
• Knowing and controlling aggressive consumer telephone calls.
• Promote team-work and call center results
