JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

-Process customer sales orders organize and schedule customer orders.
Ensures customer orders are met on time.
-Interacts with customers to know their requirements and needs.
-Resolves conflicting and complex issues relating to customer service.
-Ensures dispatching and shipping of products are met with customer deadlines.
-Maintains and manages customer files and databases.
-Coordinates and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure quality service to customers.
-Consolidating Corrective Action Report and Credit Memo Processing.
-Managing unserved orders of the clients.
