Responding to emails and phone calls from customers
To handle and assists leads requirements
Schedule meetings for presentation online and site visit
Create content to post o companies Social Media channels
To assist client on the field
Coordination between the buyer and seller/ landlord and tenants
To make sure that all date is being encoded in the system
Perform Market research
Make cold calls to generate leads from the provided spreadsheets
Prepare presentations according to instructions given

Male or Female
Age between 24 - 35
College graudate
With laptop and wifi at home
Computer Savvy
Wit at least 2 years experience in sales/customer care/call center
Should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high quality of work under minimum supervision
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistance and similar role
Experience in word-processing software and spread sheets (e.g.MS Office)
Knowledge in online calendars scheduling (e.g. Google met)
Excellent in phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent in Organizational and Time management skills
