• Opens and closes the restaurant;
• Appoints, inducts, and mentors new staff members;
• Schedules shifts and assigns tables to staff;
• Resolves customers' questions and grievances in a professional manner;
• Conducts payroll activities in an accurate, timely manner;
• Ensures that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations;
• Purchases new ingredients, kitchen utensils, and equipment as stock is damaged or depleted;
• Sources better deals on all resources and equipment that warrant replacing or replenishing;
• Records all income and expenses and ensuring that cash registers are balanced;
• Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
