Job Description

- Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
- Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any course
- Experience in clinic management and broking industry preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collect, track, and analyze data.
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
- Understanding of client behaviors and industry trends.
- Product knowledge on OHS and Clinic Management will be provided.
