Client Fulfillment Executive
Job Description:
• Qualifies technical and commercial specification of valves.
• Providing pre-sales and support to internal customers.
• Pre-qualifying inquiries based on process condition, commercial and technical aspects.
• Process quote request for both internal and external customers and making sure the quotations’ profitability.
• Make sure internal and external customers receive prompt and courteous service.
• Utilize proper email and text etiquette with every customer.
• Provide suitable INCOTERMS (International Commercial Terms) for local and international transport of products.
• Issue quotation requisition to suppliers and monitor it from time to time.
• Coordinating with the warehouse for inventory items.
• Identifies and evaluates potential suppliers
Other Functions:
• Overseeing procurement and stock department operations
• Maintain and update vendor database.
• Initiate meetings with suppliers.
• Developing relationships with local and foreign vendors
• Searching for new sources of supply
• Controlling cost of purchasing
• Coordinate with Forwarders in monitoring shipments and give update to requesters.
• Process Freight Payable for Forwarders and Oracle Transactions for items with Purchase Orders.

Educational Requirements and Qualifications:
 Graduate of Technical Engineering/Custom Administration (Mechanical)
 With excellent work ethics.
 Ability to work independently and exercise good business.
 Accustomed in following procedures in the organization to fulfill overall targets.
 Demonstrated ability to learn, retain and articulate product related information and provide impromptu responses on appropriate subject matter.
 Highly articulate and persuasive verbal, written communication and listening skills.
 Knowledgeable in computer with basic knowledge in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
 Strong multitasking skills along with the ability to adapt to changing work environments.
 Knowledge of procurement and logistics
 Experience in the contracting and/or manufacturing field is preferred
 Strong ability to source and develop relationships with vendors
