JOB OBJECTIVES

To handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit in delivering the best customer service experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage large amounts of incoming inquiries
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage with the customers
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, social media, and any other platforms
- Attempt to persuade the customer to reconsider cancellation
- Inform customer of deals and promotions
- Do suggestive selling of the products and services
- Utilize computer technology to handle high inquiry volumes

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Clerical and communication skills
- Must be willing to work on weekends and in shifting schedule
- With at least 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative
- Amenable and willing to work in Sucat, ParaƱaque
