• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
• Identify and manage relationships with new & existing key accounts.
• Generate business leads and pursue activities from RFQ, OT, PR, PO.
• Prepare the Sales Quotation and Budgetary Proposal.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual target quota.
• Achieve and hit Brand target per customer/key account.
• Develop and optimize a comprehensive key account management system using Hybris. (CRM)
• Collaborate with Area Sales Manager and Marketing in developing pricing strategies.
• In close coordination with Accounting Department, ensures that the payments of the customers are collected on time
• Create a customer relationship management system and develop measurable indicators of tracking customer satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain long term business to business relationships.
• Update CRM (thru Hybris) and maximize the usage of CRM.
• Deliver timely reports and administrative compliance to Area Sales Manager, HRD and management on key developments and progress on current activities and plans.
• Participate in prospective client meetings and lead customer acquisition.
• Manage Customer Projects, from securing RFQ, to OT, to PR, to PO (until collection)., following thru Technical Specifications with ASE, through Quotation by CS Officer
(KAM will make quotation), checking in with Product Marketing and collection with Finance.
• Submit weekly reports as may be requested by the management.
• Performs works according to established policies and professional standards and ensures strict adherence to safety protocols, procedures and standards.
• Performs other functions and activities, whether related or unrelated to the position, which may be assigned from time to time as dictated by business exigencies.
