jJob Qualifications

• Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles
• At least 2-3 years of work experience is required for this position
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft office application and Quickbooks
• Required Skill(s): Accounting, Audit, Developing Budget
• Must be willing to be assigned in Taguig Area Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide support to the Accounting Department
• Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
• Organize the bookkeeping processes of the company
• Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email and in-person
• Process transactions, issuing checks and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
• Prepare financial reports
• Assist in audits, fact checks and resolving discrepancies
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
