URGENT: CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE (LOGISTIC COMPANY)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests.
• Communicate with customer and customs representative on the status of shipments
• Assist sales about delivery transactions
• Follow up details from our SPs (Special Partners)
• Alert Inbound Deliveries from Shipping
• Process of Documents
• Transmit HPOD to billing
• Proof of delivered item from SPs (Special Partners)


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Customs Administration, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistics/Transportation, or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Logistics Assistant at a large warehouse.
• Sound knowledge of shipping processes and metrics.
• Has a minimum of (2) years experience handling Logistics/Freight campaigns/Account.
• Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software.
• Business management and administration Skills / Equivalent
