JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the BPO industry; handling an international technical account.
• Good speaking and writing skills in English.
• Willing to work on night shifts.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform a variety of back office and administrative tasks for our clients.
• Provide technical assistance to clients via chat and email.
• Be our product advocate and educate customers on how to navigate through the software and drive efficient resolution to issues.
